The main positions and associate positions with automatic arch breaker, the material digital signal indicating device. Powder silos with a dust removal system. Water and admixtures system: by the additive tank, pond(or tank),water and admixtures weigh hopper and piping.The transmission-stirring-storage system: belt machines, mixers and blenders frame. Gravel loaded by batching machine to the belt into the mixer. Fly ash, cement feeder and aggregate spiral through the measurement of the positions on the disc fed directly into the mixer.Low-voltage electrical and automatic control system of three parts: power cabinet, sensor and control center.
