Concrete batching plant models
A concrete batching plant is a combined device for mixing concrete, also known as a concrete precasting plant. There are multiple models, including HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS60, HZS75, HZS90, HZS120, HZS180, HZS240, HZS270. The size of the number represents The theoretical output of concrete per hour in the mixing plant. For example: HZS60 means that the mixing plant can produce 60 cubic meters of concrete per hour.
Concrete batching plant types
Different types of concrete mixing plants are divided into many categories according to different standards. The common classification standards are classified according to the purpose of use, which can be divided into commercial concrete batching plants and engineering concrete mixing plants.
Commercial concrete mixing plant is a concrete mixing equipment mainly for commercial purposes, which should be highly efficient and economical, while meeting environmental protection requirements. The engineering concrete mixing plant is for self-use, mainly considering whether it is consistent with its own project.
The specifications and models of concrete mixing plants are as follows:
HL: a concrete mixing building with one concrete mixer
HZ: a concrete mixing station with one concrete mixer
2HL: a concrete batching building with two concrete mixers
2HZ: a concrete batching plants with two concrete mixers
Models for concrete mixers:
D: single horizontal shaft type
T: planetary type
S: double horizontal shaft type
F: conical inclined discharge type
W: vortex type
Z: conical reverse discharge type
The main parameter code is productivity, in m3/h
Example: HZS180 concrete batching plant
⑴H-means concrete
⑵ Z—means a mixing station, if it is a mixing building, it is represented by the letter L
⑶S-indicates that the configured mixer (host) is a compulsory twin-shaft machine, if it is a compulsory single-shaft machine, it is indicated by the letter D
⑷180—It means that a 3m3 mixer can theoretically produce 3m3 ash per minute, and 60 ashing times per hour and 60 minutes. The corresponding concrete output is 3×60=180m3. If “2” is added before these symbols, it means that the configuration of the mixing plant is dual unit (dual line)
Types of concrete batching plants by capacity:
Small scale/Mini: HZS25, HZS35, HZS50
The production capacity of these several models of commercial concrete mixing plants is relatively small. The HZS25 type produces 25 cubic meters per hour, HZS35 produces 35 cubic meters per hour, and HZS50 produces 50 cubic meters per hour.
Medium scale: HZS60, HZS75, HZS90
The production capacity of these several models of cement mixing plants is relatively large compared to small commercial concrete mixing plants. HZS60 produces 60 cubic meters per hour, HZS75 produces 75 cubic meters per hour, and HZS90 produces 90 cubic meters per hour.
Big scale: HZS120, 2HZS120, HZS180, 2HZS180
Large concrete mixing plants have HZS120, double HZS120, HZS180, and double HZS180. The production volume is still the number behind HZS, but double HZS120 and double HZS180 are composed of two single commercial mixing plants, so the production volume should be doubled. There are many types of commercial mixing plants, the small one is HZS25, and the current large one is HZS270. HZS25 produces 25 cubic meters of concrete in an hour, and HZS270 is a mixing plant that produces 270 cubic meters in one hour.
How to choose models and types of concrete batching plants?
This requires the customer to do market research in advance, determine the demand for concrete within a certain range, and then choose the concrete mixing plant model with the appropriate output according to the local demand for concrete and the degree of competition.
