The company has not less than 15 engineers and economic managers with professional titles, among which there are not less than 10 engineers; among engineers, there are not less than 5 engineers with intermediate or higher professional titles.

3. The registered capital of the company is more than 20 million yuan, and the net assets of the company are more than 25 million yuan.

4. The company’s annual project settlement income in recent three years is more than 30 million yuan.

5. Equipped with two mixing systems of more than 55 cubic meters per hour, no less than 10 concrete trucks and no less than 2 auxiliary pumps.

6. The company has a special concrete laboratory.

Qualification criteria for three-tier applications:

1. The annual output of concrete products is more than 50,000 cubic meters, and the product quality is qualified.

2. The company manager has more than 3 years’working experience in engineering management; the person in charge of skills has more than 2 years’ working experience in the production of product concrete and has relevant professional titles at or above the intermediate level; the person in charge of finance has junior accounting titles at or above. The company has not less than 8 engineers and economic managers with professional titles, among which there are not less than 5 engineers; among engineers, there are not less than 2 engineers with intermediate or higher professional titles.

3. The registered capital of the company is more than 10 million yuan, and the net assets of the company are more than 12 million yuan.

4. The company’s annual project settlement income in the past three years is more than 15 million yuan.

5. Equipped with a mixing system of more than 30 cubic meters per hour, concrete trucks are not less than 5 and auxiliary pumps are not less than 1.

6. The company has a special concrete laboratory. Second-class company of contracted project scale: can produce concrete and special concrete of various strength grades.

Grade III Qualification Company: it can produce concrete with strength grade C60 and below.
